IMPORTANT! When you download the ZIP file and extract it to the folder of your choice, then:
Right Click on the application .xlsm file in the folder and select PROPERTIES from the dropdown.
GO to the bottom of the properties page and click on the Unblock check box then apply.
This will activate the macros in the spreadsheet necessary for it to work.
